Its not the signallers choice as to extend the jib , the length of the jib is up to the crane operator

I’ve seen similar signals illustrated on some equipment. I’ve worked all over the south eastern United States and for the most part haven’t seen much of this used. A lot different

I've worked for a few different companies and some of them we used but lots we didn't or are completely different for hand signals. Every company runs differently I guess.

Bubble for the windshield seal? Shown me. There's no pressure there. On the exterior of the truck you said bolts and nuts are present. There are no bolts or nuts on the exterior so why say it there, why not on the inside of the hood? Why nuts and bolts? For it to be applicable to everything i would say all of the hardware is present. How do your students find the air compressor? And the state wants you to say that the gear driven components are working and in proper running condition or some variation of that sentence. Brake chamber is held together by a c-clamp. Brake shoes are not dangerously thin. Hub-seal reservoir. Hard plastic usually doesn't bend, but it can chip. Hard plastic is not chip, cracked or broken. I dislike the word broken because does not explain anything. No debris oil or anything that can make me fall on the catwalk and steps.

That’s a the wrong way to rig a bundle of pipe/rebar, they going to end up twisting as soon as you start hoisting

Came here looking for a clue on how to install a grounding wire on a dual axis solar tracker pv panel, past the bendy parts. Opening my search to cranes seemed a logical extension. I have doubts that I can simply let the wire bend back and forth naked every day, at least by code. Thank-you for your efforts. I did manage to pick up a couple clues here.

I keep coming across two different explanations for how cranes work. One says that it relies on counterweights, and the other describes a pulley system that relies on motors. Is it a combination of these? Something else that comes to mind; if cranes need a comparable counter weight, how do you lift such a heavy counter weight onto the back of the crane without using another crane? Is it done in parts?
